Work Order Request - NO USE
Before submitting your work order request, please review the following.
1) No power to plugs / switches? Check electrical breaker panel to make sure all breakers are on. Reset all GFCI plugs in the house (these are the electrical outlets with the test / reset plugs included). These GFCI outlets are normally located in the kitchen, bathrooms, garage and utility rooms.
2) Garbage Disposal does not work? Hit the reset button on the bottom of the disposal and retest.
3) No hot water? Check thermostat on hot water tank and make sure water temperature is set correct.
4) Toilet is not draining? Plunge with plunger and test again. If continues to overflow, turn off water supply behind toilet.
5) Dishwasher won't drain / clean? Run a cup of vinegar through the entire cycle and retest.
6) Air conditioner not cooling? Turn system off for 1 hour, make sure new filter is installed, and retest.
7) No electricity? Check all breakers, if problem still persists - contact CPS Energy 353-2222 or cpsenergy.com
